ABOUT WIN

    Mr. Win is one of the founding partners of the WIN AND PARTNERS Law Firm and is currently the firm’s Managing Partner . 

     He has been in legal practice for over 27 years. He has been  recognized consistently as a leading practioner in the field of Intellectual Property. He is the foremost lecturer of the IP education sector in Myanmar and has taught the IP Courses to over 350 students. He served as a Division Judge (Yangon) from 1974 to 1981. He practices as an advocate in an area of IP protection and general litigation from 1982 to present days. He is the chief editor of Law magazine “Mandaing” (Myanmar Language).

Participating In IP Protection Works

            Mr. Win graduated from the Yangon University with B.A, R.L and was admitted as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Myanmar in 1981. He is a Fellow of International Bar Association in the areas of International legal practice. He has finished “Diploma in Maritime law” and “ Diploma in Apply Psychology “ respectively from the Yangon University.

            He had finished the following International Practice Diplomas from the College of law of England
